Doug is literally the best! I have worked with personal insurance agents and larger companies that you always have to call the 1-800 number for or both and I have never had a better and more thorough insurance agent. Doug explained to me everything about my coverage from what I needed to things I didn’t even know where affecting my rate. He went over things no other agent had ever gone over with me and was happy to do so before even establishing coverage. He was very detailed and quick to respond and help with any questions I had. I was with my previous insurance company for at least 3-4 years and I wish I would’ve found Doug sooner. I know I can count on him and will for many years to come. If you’re looking for an agent you can count on to care and help for the purpose of just helping out another person, Doug is the guy. It might sound cheesy but it’s true.

Don't expect a timely response from this agency or any confirmation of voicemails that you leave for them expecting a response. For 13 years they provided home insurance with very little need for interaction. A rare call with questions almost always resulted in the general voicemail box and it would take days to get a respond. This week we sold are home and I called to cancel our coverage...they couldn't be bothered to call back or confirm they got the voicemail. I write the poor review in hopes that they understand the importance of communications. We were fortunate to never have to deal with them regarding an actual insurance claim.
